In the event that a vacancy occurs which Patterson Township Board of Commissioners is unable to fill within 30 days, the Vacancy Board is charged with completing the task. The Vacancy Board consists of the Board of Commissioners and one registered elector of the Township who is appointed to serve a two-year term as Board Chair.
