Zoning Hearing Board Meeting

The Patterson Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. at the Patterson Township Municipal Building, 1600 19th Avenue, Beaver Falls, PA 15010. The purpose of this hearing is to act on the request of Ryan Eichhorn, the proposed buyer of 1820 Eleventh Street, Beaver Falls, Beaver County Tax Parcel Number 72-003-0302-000-1. The applicant has applied for a Dimensional Variance to construct a home that does not meet the minimum lot area, contrary to the requirements of Chapter 190, Article IX, Section 190-32 and Article VII, Section 190-20 of the Township’s zoning ordinance pertaining to dimensional requirements in the R4 Multifamily Residential zoning district.
