Patterson Township was awarded a $216,000 grant from the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). Thanks to this grant, the Board of Commissioners is excited to announce that projects are underway in implementing a Recycling Center in Patterson Township! Once complete, the recycling center will be used mainly for yard waste collection. Then center will be located at the Townships stone quarry off of Ross Hill Road. The center will allow residents to dispose of larger brush and branches without needing to cut them down to meet the current bundling requirements of curbside pick-up.
