- Civil Service Testing for Police Officers – Patterson Township Civil Service Commission is currently accepting applications for the creation of an eligibility list for the hiring of part-time police officers. The starting hourly wage will be $23.11. The application, qualifications, instructions, and other components may be obtained at the Patterson Township Secretary’s Office, 1600 19th Avenue.
